37906 (2024). Tamatha Paul to the Minister of Housing: What changes, if any, are being made to the form of the apartments, the number of the apartments, the height of the development, and the common or green space in the Arlington Development?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that it is currently assessing an updated, cost-effective proposal for the redevelopment of the Arlington Site, prior to undertaking ministerial consultation and the project approval process. As a final plan for the site has yet to be confirmed, Kāinga Ora further advised me that it is unable to provide additional details regarding the site at this point in time. However, it emphasised that as any key decisions are made, it will keep key stakeholders and the community informed. This is also my response for WPQs 37907-37912 (2024).
