Tangi Utikere to the Minister for Rail: Further to the reply to written question 37239 (2026), have any concerns regarding Ferry Holdings Ltd's procurement practices been raised with Ferry Holdings Ltd by any supplier, unsuccessful tenderer, port company, KiwiRail, the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, or the Treasury since 1 April 2025; if so, how many and on what dates; if he does not hold this information, will he request it from Ferry Holdings Ltd, and if not, why not?
