37843 (2026). Ricardo Menéndez March to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: What criteria, if any, will the Ministry of Social Development (MSD) use when determining whether to provide endorsement under the changes announced to the Recognised Seasonal Employer (RSE) Scheme?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised that the Ministry of Social Development is currently developing the endorsement model ahead of changes to the Agreement to Recruit being implemented in the first quarter of 2027.
