37841 (2026). Ricardo Menéndez March to the Minister of Immigration: What new compliance expectations, if any, will apply under the changes announced to the Recognised Seasonal Employer (RSE) Scheme; listed by requirement?

Hon Erica Stanford: Cabinet has agreed to introduce a graduated compliance model to address minor, moderate and severe compliance breaches. This change will not come into effect until the second half of 2027, with further work underway to finalise the compliance model.
