37828 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: What was the average build cost per square metre for Kāinga Ora houses built in 2025/26 and how many houses were included in that calculation?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that the build cost per square metre will be provided through its FY2025/26 Annual Report, which is due to be published in October 2026 once annual auditing processes are complete.
