Hon Chris Bishop: The Fast Track-Projects Advisory Group is tasked with advising Ministers on the priority of projects in terms of their worthiness of being listed. Ministers will decide on the projects to be included in the Schedules. Ministers will have the opportunity to consider the provisions of the Bill in that decision process.
