37812 (2024). Hon Rachel Brooking to the Minister for the Environment: What is the Minister’s response, if any, to the Otago Regional Council’s report on the costs, benefits and implications of notifying its land and water plan which she received on 15 May 2024?

Hon Penny Simmonds: I have received the Otago Regional Council's report and initial advice from officials. As the subject matter crosses between portfolios, I have indicated I wish to discuss my response with other Ministers.
