37793 (2026). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister of Police: How many, if any, prosecutions were made for burglary in the Kaeo area, broken down by month since 1 August 2025?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that there were six proceedings against offenders for burglary offences during the period of August 2025 to July 2026 inclusive. Of these, four resulted in court action. A proceeding counts each separate occasion when Police deal with an offender for one or more offences. Proceedings for official statistics are usually classified according to the most serious offence that the offender is dealt with on that occasion. The data is drawn from a dynamic operational database and is subject to change as new information is recorded or updated.
