37764 (2025). Hon Dr Deborah Russell to the Minister of Revenue: How many phone and web message contacts, if any, has Inland Revenue received about FamilyBoost to date?

Hon Simon Watts: Officials advise that from 1 July 2024, when the legislation was enacted, up to and including 6 August 2025, we have answered 27,319 phone contacts on the FamilyBoost voice queue and received 20,143 web messages relating to FamilyBoost.
