37712 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Prime Minister: What graduate programmes, if any, have been established in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, since 27 November 2023 and when, if ever, was that graduate programme established?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I am the responsible Minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) is a departmental agency hosted by DPMC. I am advised that DPMC and NEMA have not established or disestablished any graduate programmes since 27 November 2023.
