Hon Paul Goldsmith: KiwiRail advises it has spent $69.706m to date, primarily on landside wind down costs, including: • make safe works at the Picton and Wellington Ferry terminals, • the winding up of landside residual contractual obligations, and • the completion of in progress works in Picton, including the re-instatement of the Dublin Street level crossing and relocation of its Mechanical Depot.
