37701 (2024). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: How many electric vehicle chargers will be delivered through funding from Budget 2024?

Hon Simeon Brown: Budget 2024 confirmed $95 million in funding for public EV charging. EECA has recently closed a round of the Low Emissions Transport Fund: Public EV Charging focusing on urban infill charging. Additional funding rounds will be announced in the second half of the year and announcements of successful projects will be made in due course.
