37619 (2025). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Associate Minister of Education: What communications, if any, has the Ministry of Education had with Compass Group regarding the scope of its current school lunch contract since 1 January 2025?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised by the Ministry of Education that they collaborate regularly with all suppliers, including the School Lunch Collective, to monitor service levels, governance and continuous improvements. This practice is included in the Services agreement between the Ministry of Education and Compass Group.
