Hon David Seymour: In the week of 14 July 2025, the Ministry of Education (the Ministry) notified sector leaders, existing suppliers, and contributing primary schools of the RFP for external suppliers from 2026. The Ministry updated its website and responded to multiple media queries on this topic. On 22 July 2025, the Ka Ora, Ka Ako contributing primary schools request for proposals (RFP) opened to any potential suppliers on the Government Electronic Tender Service (GETS) website: https://www.gets.govt.nz/ExternalIndex.htm.
