Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has been made in the quarter January to March 2024 on the proposed action ‘Develop and agree a national HSS Acute Care Outcomes Framework, with a focus on equity and patient quality and safety measures, to monitor improvement’ under ‘Strategic Priority Area 2: Leadership and accountability’ within Te Whatu Ora’s ‘Acute Care Plan 2024’?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that during the January to March 2024 quarter an intervention logic was designed and approved by the acute care oversight group and outlines the short term and long term objectives of the programme of work. This includes metrics to monitor progress.
