Hon David Seymour: I refer the Member to the list below of briefings I received from Education agencies for the week beginning 17 August 2026: - Publication of regular attendance data for Term 2 2026 - Final amendments to kōhanga reo licensing criteria – supporting material - Gazetting revised licensing criteria for kōhanga reo - Amendments to Early Learning Licensing and Certification Criteria to reflect the transfer of regulatory functions to ERO - Making ECE regulation more enabling of nature-based services Some titles have been withheld as they are sensitive in nature and are not in the public interest to release at this time. This answer does not cover members of my office who receive a large amount of material every week. Asking them to collate that material would require substantial collation and research and prevent them from undertaking their substantive roles.
