37548 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What actions, if any, have been taken in the last three months to 10 June 2024 to pilot access to the Te Whatu Ora health immigration centre for the primary and community sector with mental health and addiction providers?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that at the end of 2023 Health New Zealand's Mental Health & Addiction pilot, which provides information on workforce roles and settings in New Zealand, commenced with end-to-end recruitment processes and will continue to be refined. This model will be tested, assessed and evaluated over the next 12 months.
