Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What actions, if any, have been taken in the last three months to 10 June 2024 to continue to work with our union partners to conclude collective negotiations and pay equity claims, for the mutual good of our workforce, as outlined in Te Whatu Ora's health workforce plan?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised during the last three months to 10 June 2024, that Health New Zealand has continued ongoing negotiations with a number of unions as part of their business-as-usual industrial relations work.
