37482 (2024). Tamatha Paul to the Minister of Police

Written Question
Published date: 25 Jun 2024
37482 (2024). Tamatha Paul to the Minister of Police: What advice, reports, briefings, aide memoires, or any other documents has the Minister or any member of their Office received, if any, during the week beginning June 3 2024, by title and date?
Hon Mark Mitchell: As the Minister of Police, the titles of advice I have received from Police are considered for proactive release on a regular basis. These titles include advice that I, or my office, have requested. These titles can be found on the Police website under ‘About us,’ ‘Publications and statistics,’ ’Corporate,’ ‘Information and advice to the Minister of Police.’ Some titles may be excluded from proactive release on the basis that it is not in the public interest to release them at this time. Titles in this category will be reviewed on a regular basis and may be subsequently published on the above website. The titles of briefings and memos that I have received from the Serious Fraud Office are periodically proactively released and can be found at: https://sfo.govt.nz/publications/proactive-information-releases/ This is also my response to Written Parliamentary Question 37663 (2024).
