Teanau Tuiono to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: Regarding the Ministerial statement to the House on July 22 that the pending ICJ genocide case against Israel “still doesn't obligate the rest of us needing to be considering the merit or otherwise of such a claim and to see whether it is substantial or not”, what work is underway by New Zealand to consider whether the genocide claim is substantial or not?
