Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Energy: How many staff, if any, in headcount terms did the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, have on 1 July 2021 and how many of these staff, if any, were union members?

Hon Simon Watts: "As Minister of Energy, I have no responsibility for any government departments or Ministries. With regard to Crown entities under the energy portfolio the EA and EECA: [EA] I refer the member to my response for WPQ.37351 (2025). [EECA] At 1 July 2021, EECA had a headcount of 96 staff, 25 of who were union members. "
