37338 (2026). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Children: Further to 36123 (2026), was a daily log entry made regarding this incident; if not, why?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised by Oranga Tamariki that an entry was not made as the alleged incident referred to by the Member was not identified until July 2026, and it was then escalated to residence leadership as per my answer to WPQ 36132 (2026).
