37325 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Attorney-General: How many staff, if any, in headcount terms did the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, have on 1 July 2025 and how many of these staff, if any, were union members?

Hon Judith Collins: As at 30 June 2025, Parliamentary Counsel Office had a headcount of 114, of which 72 were union members. Crown Law had a headcount of 241, of which 138 were union members. Please note this excludes staff who pay privately.
