Hon Chris Bishop: Portfolio responsibility for RM Reform and RMA National Direction rests with me, in line with the Prime Minister's assignment in 2024. I have exercised these powers in accordance with section 7 of the Constitution Act 1986. The Minister for the Environment has been consulted, where appropriate, on RM Reform and RMA National Direction decisions relevant to their portfolio, as delegated by Cabinet.
