37322 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Further to reply 36198 (2026), as the $364.4m estimate for NoR 1 North properties was prepared in 2017, has that estimate been updated since, and if not, why not?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that the estimate has not been updated since. The estimate was developed for the North Detailed Business Case and has not been updated because the project is not expected to be delivered in the near term.
