37320 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Attorney-General: How many staff, if any, in headcount terms did the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, have on 1 July 2021 and how many of these staff, if any, were union members?

Hon Judith Collins: As at 30 June 2021, Parliamentary Counsel Office had a headcount of 88, of which 35 were union members. Crown Law had a headcount of 218, of which 87 were union members. Please note this excludes staff who pay privately.
