37315 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: How many of the 2,395 properties identified in reply 35761 (2026) have been the subject of an application under section 185 of the Resource Management Act 1991, and what was the outcome in each case?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that there have been five applications lodged under s185 RMA that relate to those properties: • One has had an order made by the Environment Court under s185 RMA. • One was withdrawn by consent following an agreement being reached. • One has proceedings adjourned until 30 November whilst negotiations continue. • Two are yet to have a hearing date set.
