37264 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Pacific Peoples: How many staff, if any, in headcount terms did the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, have on 1 July 2022 and how many of these staff, if any, were union members?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised by the Ministry for Pacific Peoples (the Ministry) that as of 1 July 2022, the Ministry had 128 staff. The Ministry did not have a collective agreement in place at this time, therefore union membership data was not actively tracked.
