37257 (2026). Arena Williams to the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs: When will the "exposure draft of the regulations" for toy standards in New Zealand be released for public consultation; and how, if at all, can kiwi parents have their say?

Cameron Brewer: I intend to release an exposure draft of the regulations for public consultation before the regulations are finalised. Details of the consultation process, including how members of the public can make submissions, will be published at the time consultation begins.
