Hon Nicola Willis: I have requested a significant volume of advice over the period the Member has inquired about, and my office does not hold this in the manner the Member has requested. As titles of advice I receive are already proactively released and can be found at the following link https://www.treasury.govt.nz/publications/budgets/titles-advice-ministers. I do not believe the staff time and hence the expense for the manual collation necessary to ensure that no title was missed is in the public interest.
