Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that prison facts and statistics including the number of people on remand broken down by remand accused and remand convicted, are released quarterly and are publicly available on Corrections’ website at: https://www.corrections.govt.nz/resources/statistics/quarterly_prison_statistics This also my response to 37234 (2024).
