37215 (2026). Rachel Boyack to the Minister for Tourism and Hospitality: Does the government plan to increase the current funding held by the Major Events Fund; if so, when?

Hon Louise Upston: The current multi-year appropriation spans five years, from 2022 to 2027. We are currently in the fifth and final year. The fund returns to an annual appropriation of $11.169 million at the completion of this multi-year appropriation. No decisions have been made regarding any increase to the fund.
