37207 (2026). Lan Pham to the Minister for Regional Development: Following 35308 (2026), when, if ever, have the terms of a loan agreement not been met in relation to funding given out under the Regional Infrastructure Fund?

Hon Shane Jones: There have been no significant breaches or instances of non-compliance that have required Kānoa – Regional Economic Development & Investment Unit to enforce the terms and conditions of Regional Infrastructure Fund loan agreement. Any minor inconsistencies identified have been managed through active contract management and do not pose a financial risk.
