37192 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: How many staff, if any, in headcount terms did the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, have on 1 July 2024 and how many of these staff, if any, were union members?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: I am informed that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade had 1205 staff employed in New Zealand on 1 July 2024 and 767 had union membership. The Asia New Zealand Foundation had 25 staff on 1 July 2024 and none had union membership. Antarctica New Zealand had 80 staff on 1 July 2024 and none had union membership.
