Hon Chris Bishop: The briefing relates to the proceeding: Toputanga Tapuhi Kaitiaki o Aotearoa The New Zealand Nurses Organisation Incorporated & Ors v The Attorney-General (CIV-2025-485-632) which concerns the consistency of the amendments made by the Equal Pay Amendment Act 2025 to the Equal Pay Act 1972 with the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act 1990.
