Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister of Health: Does he agree with Executive Director of the Association of Salaried Medical Specialists Sarah Dalton that “It’s a perverse incentive to casualise the workforce, which is the enemy of a functional health system”, and if so, what actions has he taken to ensure that Kenepuru Hospital’s after-hours A & M clinic will have permanent doctors assigned to it?
