The information includes active permanent and fixed term employees and is based on the annual public service workforce data submissions that the Treasury completes. RBNZ: Headcount: 608. Union members: 4. The headcounts include active permanent and fixed term employees and excludes those on a leave of absence. The data was collected on 30 June for each requested year.
