37183 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for the Environment: How many staff, if any, in headcount terms did the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, have on 1 July 2022 and how many of these staff, if any, were union members?

Hon Penny Simmonds: I am advised that as at 30 June 2022, the Ministry for the Environment had 843 staff, with 374 union members. As at the 30 June 2022, the Environmental Protection Authority had 213 staff, with 48 union members.
