37175 (2026). Lan Pham to the Minister of Climate Change: Which climate impact future scenario, or scenarios, if any, has the Minister directed the Ministry for the Environment and/or any of its contractors NOT to use to prepare the first generation of the New Zealand Flood Map?

Hon Simon Watts: I have not directed officials or contractors to the Ministry for the Environment, now the Ministry for Cities, Environment, Regions and Transport, not to use any specific climate impact future scenario in the preparation of the first generation of the New Zealand Flood Map.
