37174 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Education: How many staff, if any, in headcount terms did the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, have on 1 July 2025 and how many of these staff, if any, were union members?

Hon Erica Stanford: I refer the Member to the attached table, showing staff headcount and union membership headcount at education agencies as at 30 June each year from 2020 to 2025. The table includes active and seconded out staff who are permanent or fixed term, and only those staff who pay union membership as a deduction from their fortnightly pay. The table excludes contractors, consultants and casuals. This is also my response to written parliamentary questions 37166, 37167, 37170, 37171 and 37175 (2025).
