37129 (2026). Arena Williams to the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs: Given the Disputes Tribunal finding in favour of the Christchurch parents vs Kmart, will the Minister encourage Kmart to review and compensate other affected families?

Cameron Brewer: I expect all suppliers to comply with their obligations under New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act.
