37121 (2026). Hon Damien O'Connor to the Minister of Defence: How many New Zealand companies and individuals, if any, were expected to travel to Canberra, Australia, in August 2026 as part of a New Zealand defence industry delegation associated with a planned trilateral defence ministers' meeting between New Zealand, Australia, and Japan; and which government agencies, if any, were involved in organising or coordinating that delegation?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that 14 companies and representatives from the New Zealand Defence Industry Advisory Council and the New Zealand Defence Industry Association were planning to attend.
