37113 (2026). Hon Damien O'Connor to the Minister of Defence: Was consideration given to the Minister participating by video link or other virtual means in any part of a planned trilateral defence ministers' meeting with Australia and Japan taking place in Canberra, Australia, in August 2026, if he was unable to travel; if so, why did virtual participation not occur; if not, why not?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: Consideration was given and it was deemed not feasible.
