37098 (2024). Greg O'Connor to the Minister for Courts: How many FTE positions, if any, have been disestablished as a result of savings to District Court Services under the new policy initiative ‘Lifting Cultural Capability’ since 27 November 2023 to date, broken down by month and role?

Hon Nicole McKee: I am advised that the Ministry of Justice has started the processes of consulting staff on proposals for change. No decisions will be made until the Ministry has carefully considered all feedback. Decisions are expected to be announced in August. The Ministry is not able to confirm impacts on staff, or the impacts of any job losses until after then.
