37085 (2025). Tangi Utikere to the Minister for Rail: How will the remaining balance of the most recent equity injection to Ferry Holdings Limited be phased to align with project milestones for ship procurement and port infrastructure agreements, if at all?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: The most recent equity injection is for Ferry Holdings Limited's operating costs and the remaining equity injection will be phased to match the profile of its operating costs in 2025/26. The total programme budget will not be revealed until after the ship procurement agreement and port agreements are fully entered. However, funding has been set aside for full programme delivery in 2029.
