37084 (2025). Tangi Utikere to the Minister for Rail: Has any part of the most recent equity injection to Ferry Holdings Limited already been drawn down; if so, what amounts, on what dates, and for what specific purposes?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: Yes, $4.2 million was paid to Ferry Holdings on 4 July 2025. This is to cover the Ferry Holdings Limited's operating costs.
