Rt Hon Winston Peters: Ferry Holdings Limited is subject to audits and regular financial reporting is supplied to the Treasury as an entity monitor and to shareholding Ministers. Its strategic objectives are outlined in the Statement of Performance Expectations and the Statement of Intent, and similar mechanisms to City Rail Link Limited will be followed including a Project Delivery Agreement between shareholding Ministers and the board.
