37072 (2025). Scott Willis to the Minister for Energy: How many enforcement or legal cases, if any, has the electricity litigation fund funded in the last year that data was available, and how does this compare with the previous five years?

Hon Simon Watts: Please see the attached table for the number of enforcement or legal cases in which the Authority used the electricity litigation fund. I am advised that the fund is also used to retain external counsel in a number of other situations, but these are not included these in the table below.
