Hon Nicole McKee: I am advised that the Ministry of Justice does not hold information on how many vacant positions have been deliberately left unfilled between the 1st of July 2023 and of 4th of June 2024. The Ministry of Justice can provide the number of vacancies that are not currently being recruited in the District Court registries and refer you to table 1, attached. I am further advised that there are no vacancies that are currently not being recruited to in the High Court registry
