Hon Paul Goldsmith: My office assess potential meetings, events and engagements on an ongoing basis, having regard to their relevance, urgency and other pre-existing diary commitments. It is not feasible to provide the Member with the level of detail requested as it would require a significant diversion of resources which I do not consider to be in the public interest per Speaker's Ruling 199/6, however, my diary is proactively released on the beehive.govt.nz website which forms a public record of my engagements across all portfolios.
